Lusentia Integrative Wellness is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization providing free community support and evidence-informed wellness programs for individuals in emotional crisis, neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive people, and others who may face challenges accessing or benefiting from mainstream wellness services. We serve communities across metro Atlanta, with additional programs and resources available online to people beyond the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia is led by founders with lived experience of high sensitivity, family complexity and life transitions, who built and applied these wellness methods to themselves first \u2014 and are now offering them to everyone who needs them. Our work is rooted in lived experience, not an outside perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia \u2014 inspired by lucere<\/em> (to shine, to illuminate) and sentir<\/em> (to sense, to feel, to become aware).<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It reflects a belief at the heart of our work: growth begins by creating the conditions in which people can reconnect with their own inner resources, possibilities, and light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building Connections with Atlanta’s Hispanic Community<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia is actively building relationships with Hispanic and immigrant communities across metro Atlanta. We believe meaningful programs begin with listening, learning, and understanding the strengths and needs of the communities we seek to support. As we develop our programs, we are connecting with local organizations, community leaders, and families to explore how Lusentia’s preventive wellbeing, educational, and community-centered resources can become more accessible and culturally responsive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This commitment is also reflected within our founding team: one of Lusentia’s co-founders is Hispanic, while another brings her own experience of immigrating to the United States and adapting to a new language and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Wellness Oasis for those Falling Through the Gaps<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia Integrative Wellness is dedicated to creating a welcoming, nourishing, neurodivergent inclusive safe haven for vulnerable populations in metro Atlanta – supporting empowerment at the level of body, nervous system, mind, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most wellness and mental health services are designed for neurotypical, financially stable individuals. They are not built for the way the nervous systems of neurodivergent and highly sensitives actually work. They are not free. And they rarely intervene before crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia is designed specifically for the people that mainstream wellness services are not reaching. And it is designed by people who are themselves neurodivergent and highly sensitive. We bring lived experience to this work. We understand the importance of creating spaces where different ways of experiencing the world are recognized and valued\u2014because we needed those spaces too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every sanctuary begins with soil. Beneath the vision of healing spaces, art studios, and community gathering lives something more fundamental \u2014 the earth itself, tended with intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lusentia’s Wellness Oasis will be rooted in permaculture and regenerative urban farming: food forests, herb and medicinal gardens, community garden beds, pollinator habitats, and outdoor classrooms where people learn by doing, alongside expert practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes Lusentia genuinely different is not only our programs \u2014 it is who created them and why. Our founding team is neurodivergent and highly sensitive. These methods were developed for ourselves first. That is not a marketing claim. It is the origin of everything we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now we are expanding our programs with an eye toward the near future, intentionally designing them for this transformative moment as emerging AI technologies reshape the way we live, work, learn, and connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nico <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robbins-Madanes certified life coach. Creator of all Lusentia curricula. He brings decades of practice across somatic, movement, and wisdom traditions. A deeply sensitive individual, his own journey through the limits of conventional support led him to develop these integrated methods \u2014 each one specifically designed for nervous system regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brigitte<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. Holistic Coach in training. Highly sensitive mother of four children who experience the world with great intensity. Trained to teacher level in Nico’s Integrative Bodywork curriculum, Dynamic Movement program and Nourishing Environment design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nancy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practitioner trained in the Integrative Bodywork curriculum. Holistic coach in training. A deeply sensitive young woman whose journey through the struggle to find her place in a world that felt overwhelming brought her to this work. WHY THIS INITIATIVE EXISTS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

A few years ago, Nancy was barely here. Not dramatically \u2014 quietly. The way people disappear when the world keeps asking them to be someone their nervous system was never built to be. What reached her was not a clinical system. It was a set of methods that finally spoke the language her body understood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brigitte spent years in chronic pain, caregiving, quietly exhausted \u2014 until the same methods gave her back her body, her energy, and her clarity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nico created those methods because he needed a new approach himself. Decades of his private practice have shown that his heart-centered approach is especially effective for those who fall through the cracks of mainstream wellness care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not building something about healing. We are people who have been healed, and empowered, offering what we received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Divorce mediation, suicide prevention, mental health support, and wellness services are financially inaccessible to large portions of Atlanta’s population. Our free community clinic removes the cost barrier entirely for those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. BODYWORK FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
